Lets head Overseas to savour Local Food

At an ungodly hour, while eagerly awaiting the start of football matches that was cruelly pre-meditated to begin just as we are supposed to be in the deepest zone of our nightly sleep, there can only be one way to keep me awake. To blog.

To blog about food to be precise. Upon the return from a dinner at Overseas, I managed to conduct some subtle research of my own & managed to obtain valuable information for TCG to proceed with our future missions.

The set menu available during CNY period seems rather enticing. It starts at RM598++ to RM1488++. Yet I believe at RM598++ there might be sufficient response to a fulfilling night out with 9 different 'dates' on the table. They are as follows:

- Yee Sang with Sliced Salmon
- Shark's Fin Soup with Crab Meat
- Steamed Cod Fish with Soya Sauce
- Cold Cut Village Chicken with Kai Lan (could be upgraded to a suckling pig with a lil $)
- Poached Tiger Prawns with Kei Chi (tho I could change it to Pan Fried Tiger Prawns with 1k Island Sauce)
- Seasonal Vegetables with Lin Zhi Mushroom
- Glutinous Rice with Cured Meat
- Sweet Lotus Paste Buns
- Iced Jelly Rambutan & Pineapple Cubes

RM598++

Perhaps a change of dessert could be effected as well.
