Salad


I've never been a big fan of salads until my university days in the UK. With so many versions of salads, I decided to make one out of what I had left in my refrigerator & this is the result.

Cut up some fresh French ham, added some cherry tomatoes and made some croutons from a couple of slices of Gardenia bread. Added all of it to a base of ready-to-eat greens from Bangsar Village and had it with my own dressing consisting of a mix of Salad Cream & Lingam Chili Sauce. I reckon I achieved my minimum quota of fibre intake for one day.

Of course it's bread! Croutons to be exact. I know it would impress TC members if it was 'chee yau char' but its not....
